DONNELLY RIVER VILLAGE TO PEMBERTON SECTION INFO, DIVERSIONS AND GROUPS Updated: 2026-08-11 20:00 DIVERSIONS Bridge Demise – diversion south of Boarding House Location: Between Boarding House and Beavis Campsites A 1km section of the Bibbulmun Track is closed due to the demise of Wirraway Bridge caused by a bushfire. A 3.2km diversion is in place. Download the map. (PDF) The original route will remain closed until the bridge is repaired. For your safety DO NOT enter the closed area due to falling trees. Stay on the marked diversion and follow all signage or instructions from Parks and Wildlife staff. Walkers should take extreme caution along the short section on Palings Road as it is used by heavy vehicles.
